Question About Delilah on WLTW

I realize that WLTW carries a separate special version of her show that airs at about the same time as her very popular national one (ie what can be heard on WEZN FM at night). Naturally one or both are probably recorded.
What I would like to know is how the show's producers are able to air her talking with callers from the local area while these shows are running. Are they recorded hours or even days earlier? Are the callers that air on WLTW culled from the national show? It seems like quite an effort to produce a totally separate version of a national show for just one station.
BTW, Delilah gives the local weather forecast on WLTW, complete with the current temperature. Does she record that within the hour?

My understanding is even on the national show .. the callers are 'canned' in advance. My guess is on the 'local' voice tracked NYC show for WLTW that they handpick the callers .. ie the calls that are included in the Deliah VT's sent to WLTW are specifically NYC callers.. maybe calls from last week, last month, last year.. That's my guess though.

Last time I heard deliah on her national show her breaks were very generic ... you could almost insert any song into them and she never backsold or forsold the songs aired during the show... but its been awhile since I listened.
