Question About "Diff'rent Strokes" and "Facts of Life" Daytime Reruns

Can anyone pinpoint the exact dates between April 1982 and June 1985 that both Strokes and Facts were seen on the NBC daytime schedule? I don't think Brooks and Marsh's dates (April '82 to December '83 and July to September '84 for Strokes and December '82 to June '85 for Facts) are necessarily correct.

I think I can help some here. In May 1982 Different Strokes repeats started airing at 10ET replacing Regis Philbin's short-lived daytime talk show. I believe in Januray 1983 they replaced it with Facts Of Life repeats at 10, then at some point that summer they moved the Facts repeats to Noon replacing one of the game shows, Battlestars I believe and Different Strokes repeats returned at 10. Then that fall they debuted the game show Go at Noon replacing Facts Of Life repeats and at some point they moved back to 10 staying there until January 1985 I believe. Then in July 1984 Different Strokes repaeats came back this time at Noon replacing Hot Potato staying there until September when Super Password debuted so that was more than likely just used as a placeholder. This is from looking at old tv guides and my one daytime history book I have.

Did brooks & Marsh ever do a book about daytime TV? I know one was published in the late 90's but it wasn't Brooks or Marsh who wrote it though. Wish I remember who did.

I believe it was Wesley Hyatt who wrote The Encyclopedia of Daytime Television back in '97 for Billboard Books.
