Question about Digital Noise Reduction on a HD TV

what is the best setting for it. I have a brand new Sharp AQUOS LC-26D43U. The default setting is set to low.Should I leave it at low or set it to high for best picture quallity in HD?

My hp 46" LCD looks best with the sharpness set around 70 (of 100) for video originating from a digital source. Any higher and the video appears overprocessed. But, for video originating as analog/NTSC, anything above 40 looks horrid. That includes S-VHS or OTA NTSC TV even with excellent reception.
