Can you use your existing antenna to recieve HD radio broadcasts? I'm thinking you can, but I just would like to make sure that you can ;). Thanks in advance...!.

Yes you can. You are just receiving more information from the station, no special "digital" antennas etc are needed. Just an HD Receiver.
