QUESTION ABOUT FOXY-103(Augusta)

Is it just me or is the legendary "Foxy 103.1" (WFXA) getting slightly softer.
I don't listen all the time but check it frequenly for a hot song and more and more, I'm noticing a little more of those slow-jamz and a lot less crazy hip-hop and loud rap. I know "Power 107" (WPRW) has always busted the music a little "louder" and for a while, so did Foxy. In the last few months tho it seems they're trying to compete a little more with our Adult-R&B 96.3 "kiss".

ANYONE HAVE ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS OR NOTICE THE SAME?

THANKS.

P.S. My thought on a new possible switch to TOP-40 in Augusta is "OLDIES 102.7". Is anyone still listening to them??

My station of choice here is still 97.3 "KISS-FM" (WAEV) in Savannah.....still loud and proud in (most) of the C.S.R.A!!!!
Edited by deejayryan on 11/23/05 09:19 AM.

Olides 102.7 has a signal that wouldn't cover all three counties in the metro well enough to make it viable. You can't hear it in Columbia County, at all, really, and a good portion of Richmond, either.

I'm here visiting family for the holidays and STILL can't believe there's not CHR in this market.
