question about jack's positioning

i was thinking about it the other day... wouldnt "we play what YOU want" make more sense than "we play what WE want"... because every radio station in a way plays what they want...

It's meant to be a contrarian approach, with the "we" being the station AND
the listeners and not computers and corporate geeks determining the playlist.
We're railing against the radio establishment.
