Question about JTV - Jewelry Television

Is there more than one satellite in which cable providers and TV stations can pick up the feed of Jewelery Television? After 12AM J-TV appears on 3 channels on my cable system - Channel 90 (Leased Access), Channel 157 J-TV, and on Channel 13 WRDM-CA/50 (Telemundo) The feeds on both Channel 157 and on WRDM were fine, but on Channel 90 there was a black screen that said "No Signal" in small letters. Later it came back.
 
If it's the "leased access" channel that went "no signal" on you, a channel that is controlled by the cable company, it's possible that they didn't link up to a satellite, and rather, just relayed one of the other channels (likely 157 - is 13 showing JTV "en espanol?").
