Question about KCOR and KVIC

How does KVIC effect KCOR? I didnt understand why they had to downgrade to C3 and now they half to make a tower adjustment for when KCOR moves closer to San antonio? I have a hard enough time picking up KVIC 30 miles out without KCOR bleeding over them. I think they should re upgrade KVIC to at least C2. I dont understand why they cant allow KVIC to be any stronger than what they are.

The same kind of thing happened back in the '80's when 93.3 was allowed to move into the Austin market. 93.3 in Port Lavaca/Victoria (now KITE) downgraded then, and now it has happened again with the KCOR move.

This would be the 3rd time KVIC had to downgrade.
