Question about KHTZ

If KHTZ were going to move to 94.9 then KVIC would need to move to 104.7 or a different frequency. Is that correct? That may be good if KVIC did that. 95.1 is getting to be a crowded frequency. I can hardly get KVIC in my truck just 35 miles north of the tower. It doesn't look like KVIC plans on moving though, it may give them better business up more North and other directions than just Victoria. KHTZ is off the air, I don't know why radio-locator says they are broadcasting. I can't even receive the 400w blow torch yet if it is on.
