Question about KKHT & KWRD

Are these 2 stations the same Sat. fed formats? I never really could get KWRD, but asume since they are both owned by the same company and have the same slogin, it is the same feed?
 
They are very similar and air a lot of the same programs, but the schedule and local programs are different. Each have some local programs mixed in to heavily syndicated programs.
