Question about KMAZ-LP

Is Amazing 102.5 a non profit station? If so could they lease one or even all of the 102.5 translators? And even lease KJIF as well? Or the other way around would centro be able to purchase KMAZ? Or even get the station donated to them by the church and “receive “ some donation in return?

KMAZ is going to stay right where it is they would never sell to one of the Hispanic translators on 102.5

All LPFMs are (supposed to be) non-profit.

There are some LPFMs that have translators. For instance KEPH 95.3 in Friendswood has translator K217DJ 91.3 in Kemah. Not sure of the legal specifics for an LPFM leasing one…?
Or the other way around would centro be able to purchase KMAZ?
LPFMs are intended to be owned by stand-alone broadcasters. Centro has multiple properties, so the answer is no.
