Question about KTKY

Does anyone know if KTKY 106.5 in Corpus is really a AAA format? I thought the last time I went down there it was silent, if they did go to AAA when did it re launch?
 
Fcc Database shows them running off a low power STA from in Refugio proper. I don't think they are AAA.

Where does Radio-locator get their infomation from? I love the site, but its not very good at format accuracy.

It's usually the result of listener reporting as I understand it.
