Question about KVIB and Songs They Play

So, I was skimming through the dial this morning and happened to hear David Guetta's/Sia "Titanium" on 95.1...or so I thought. It was actually a Spanish version sung by someone else and I guess I just wasn't impressed. Does KVIB do this a lot? I was under the impression that it was a bilingual station, but frankly I thought the song sounded horrible. It actually sounded like someone took the karaoke version of the song and sung the lyrics in Spanish.
