Question about Mountain Dew spot guy errie sound-a-like

Listening to the latest batch of Mountain Dew radio spots where the announcer is doing running commentary on the Dew drinker's stories

Well, and granted the guy I'm about to say could do a wide range of voices, but just listen and tell me you don't conjure up the image of the late Phil Hartman

I swear its like listening to a ghost

I have noticed that. I wonder if it's actually Darrell Hammond, aka the dollar-store knockoff Phil Hartman.
