Question about NESN

Does anyone know why NESN cancelled its morning show SPORTSDESK and replaced it with reruns of Redsox games?

It's been just a couple of special AM airings of "Sox in 2" for the few days that the Sox had the 10:05pm games out west.

The thought being that people who couldn't stay awake until 1am could instead "pick-up where they left off" during breakfast the next morning.

Good idea. I hope they keep it during the next trip at the end of August...

Since I'm not a SOX fan, I wasn't aware they were playing on the west coast. I guess that is a good idea though.

An even better idea for NESN would be to keep Cryin Tom Caron on vacation on a permanent basis and keep Eric Frede on the pre and post game shows. He is 100% better than the arm waving Caron, who is the biggest suck up to the phony Sox/NESN ownership.

Bob Rodgers was much worse. What ever happened to him anyway after his demise at NESN?

The last I saw Bob Rogers, he was doing a guest spot on the Fox Sports New England "Sports Tonight" show that airs at 6 & 10pm each evening.

Whatever happened to Jayme Parker? She hosted Sports Desk for YEARS by herself, and lately has disappeared since the whole revamp of SportsDesk with Hazel and the other rotating hosts.
