Question about Oldies 93 countdown

Just wondering, when Oldies93 was doing that robot-voice countdown thing, did they give any hints about the new/upcoming format? WGVC here in Greenville, SC is doing it right now and it goes something like "minus 20 hours, 35 minutes, 4 seconds, and counting" a few times, then says some kind of statement then the cycle repeats. It keeps quoting lyrics from songs from the 1960s and 1970s, some 80s...was wondering if those could be hints about the new format or what. How did it go in Greensboro?

BTW...this is an Entercom station as well

They bailed out of the countdown 28 hours early, about an hour after their format plans became publicly known.

Later...

And apparently they've killed WGVC's stream; when Oldies 93 was stunting they continued streaming, straight through the stunt and into the new Wolf format. During the stunt the Oldies 93 website showed a globe with headphones on and the legend "WMQX-FM?" and on the streaming player, where the radio station's logo would go, it read "WMQX?" in the same black-and-gold lettering as on the home page.
I'm curious about one thing: Is the robot saying "106.3 The Walk is dead" like they did in Greensboro ("Oldies 93 is dead...")?

I hear that there were many different lyric and format references....basically to confuse all of us.

It gets even more confusing: The new format for WGVC was supposed to launch at 6:00 this morning--- in fact, the website said "It's finally here!"--- now, on the website, it says the new station will be launched at that same time tomorrow morning. Does anyone know what's going on? Since they killed the stream, we can't find out that way. Will it be another "Wolf," or some other format?
