I've been listening lately and I think I like the new cohost furhman has with him, ("the kid" I think). At first I thought he was a stupid kid but he actually has some insight and balances with furhman real well. He does stutter some and won't be as assertive as he should be but I think that eventually those things will take care of themselves and like i said he usually makes good points and good radio. Originially I couldn't listen to him but he's grown on me and now I'm jumping to the other side of the fence, what do you guys think about him
 
No, I work at cumulus, and I know Jared has a name on here but he doesn't post , he just lurks. But actually regarding the thread, I was not his biggest fan at the time when he started (most people here weren't) but he does have some talent, and the PD here has talked to him about a weekend solo show. I'd tell him to his face that he does in fact have some on air issues and he sometimes doesn't have a "back bone" but he's very good about taking criticism, maybe ill see if i can get him to post on this thread.
