Question About Theme Music for TV Stations

I have a question (don't know if this really fits on this board, but I hope someone knows)... the theme music used for KWQC TV 6 (Hello Iowa, Hello Illinois are the sung words, but it's often instrumental only, esp. with newscasts, etc) was also used for KGAN years ago... does anyone have an idea as to what it is called or how I can find out? Where do they get this music? any answers would be appreciated greatly. Thanks.
