Question about trades

We have a client that is interested in becoming official ..whatever... of our Radio Station. They agree to give us promo space in their business...heavy traffic areas...they agree to only giveaway products/services with our radio station...Tons of free stuff.

How do we handle the other ...whatever... in town when they want to buy from us?? Anybody had a similar situation.. PLease help!

Thanks

As a college station, are you sure you have the status to run commercials? I would think you would be classified as non-commercial educational FM. No?

What kind of business is it?

It's a movie theatre. The exclusive agreement is with the big theatre in town now... and it ONLY involves the radio station (not the other outlets--Newspaper, TV, and online). I actually just told the sales rep to steer away from radio talk when she met with them.
