Question About WNEW HD-2 Signal

Radio and Records.com reported that the HD-2 signal of WNEW-102.7 would be "all-news".

I suspect it would be a simulcast of WINS-1010, since there are some places in Northwestern New Jersey and the Hudson Valley that can get WNEW, but can't get WINS, especially at night.

Am I correct in making this assumption??

And a second question

And is the stream available anywhere online?

I lose WNEW alot faster than I lose 1010 WINS in the Hudson Valley. In fact, I dont really get WNEW that well at all. So I'm not sure that reasoning completely works.

Not at the moment but I think it's comming very soon. CBS is rollout many stations with streaming audio, also music stations from CBS.
