Question about WTNH-DT and picture quality?

??? What the heck is with WTNH-DT and ABC-HD? It looked downright awful tonight. In comparison, the HD on NBC, CW and PBS (on Comcast in New Britain with no box on my TV's QAM tuner) looked fine. Is it like this with an antenna as well? :-\
