Question about WWL 870 online

Is WWL supposed to be streaming the New Orleans Saints games online? I've heard every game they've played this season online(including preseason). I thought NFL teams weren't allowed to do that

Wile listening to Post Hurricane Isaac coverage OTA on WWL I noticed them running commercials cracking jokes about broadcasting Saints games online... acting as if they didn't care what the NFL said, they were going to do it anyway. At the time I didn't understand what they were talking about (I can pick up WWL OTA and I've never listened online plus I'm from Dixie, we pay attention to College and High School football but not so much to Pro sports...
You'll notice all the Pro football teams down in the south-east are located in cities that have experienced very large Yankee invasions: Tampa, Atlanta, Miami, somewhere in one of the Carolinas, I don't know if there are any more down here besides the Saints and I never understood why New Orleans had a pro football team. We see the Saint's games on TV and hear them advertised on the radio, but no one talks about them and I didn't used to see any t-shirts until they won the world title. We all know how well the New Orleans Jazz pro basketball team did... just sayin'.
Hey, this is the Louisiana board, how did New Orleans wind up with a Pro Football team.. the first or second one in Dixie to boot? New Orleans isn't really that big of a city, but it is a huge party town. They have many Yankee tourists but not that many Yankees live there full time.

Cool I can listen to the Falcons....oh wait I hate the Falcons....:) Who Dat!
