Question about WYCL Youngstown Whiplash radio

I have a question about WYCL 1540 as since it has returned to the farm format I am just curious why use the farm brand when Mr Lash has created the cat brand. I was noticing the two brands and it seems like with the farm always changing formats why not flip it to a new classic county brand as it could be a play off of the old WICT 95.1 cat which was a strong brand in town?
