Question For Cleveland Area Residents And Former Residents

It looks like the Presidential Debate was held last night in a venue across from the Sydell And Arnold Miller Pavilion. I thought the Guest House was right across, and the restaurant we ate at when a relative of mine was having surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Has the Guest House been torn down to make room for the new building where the Debate was held last night?
