Question For David About Old CATV Systems Channel Lineups

I can't find a directory on AmericanRadioHistory.com which shows channel lineups on early CATV Systems. Is there such a directory? I don't remember seeing one in the Library Reference Sections I used to visit. I know that in the Broadcasting Yearbook it would show how many CATV systems the TV stations were on, but not a list of what stations were on which systems. I see just a lot of recollections of various posters on various message boards.

The Broadcasting & Cable Yearbook at least listed all the cable systems and the number of channels they had on their system. There was other data like number of subscribers, number of houses passed and te monthly rate to subscribe. On David's incredible site (which I love), it seems he includes these cable TV pages up until, perhaps 1986.
