Question for jras and/or anybody else...

Do the Senior Road tower stations come in any better...where you are...than they did before the master antenna was replaced? In other words...has the signal improved at all with the installation of the new antenna?<P ID="signature">______________

They seem to be weaker to me, but I'm about 86 miles from there as a crow flys, They just dont seem as strong as they were in my Truck radio. But I have a 20' antenna up for my home radio there FM antenna pointed to Houston, I can recieve the digital signal with that. Even that though with my analog signal still doesnt sound the same. Before they changed out the master antenna to digital they seemed to have been a lot better.

Could be the new master antenna has more downtilt to put power into Houston and not at the horizon (why waste it outside your market?) I havent seen any difference while driving in Beaumont or toward LA...

Ahh...didn't think about the beam tilt.
