Question on the Charleston station shuffle?

I have read thru the stations moving back to July with the shock of WAVF changing formats. What I am wondering is if Miller moves and sales WWBD then there wouldnt be a backfill frequency for Bamburg? Doesn't seem like it. Also if he changed frequencies on one station and moved it closer to Florance what would he use?
 
Doubt there would be a backfill frequency for Bamberg.

And a new Florence station is probably a year or two away. All the stations in Charleston/Myrtle Beach need to get adjusted before WWBD gets sold and Miller gets the $$ to move a station to Florence
