Question on TV signals

Before the digital transition, I would assume if you lived south of Denver, you could get both Denver and Colorado Springs television stations.. My question is with an indoor antenna, is it still remotely possible to get even faint Colorado Springs or Denver stations depending on location? I assume with an outdoor antenna it’s still pretty much the same as before digital? I welcome comments.

Even in the Analog era, it depended on where you lived & what type of setup you had

FOR STARTERS - You could FORGET pulling in NBC afilliate KOAA in Colorado Springs/Pueblo & ANYTHING on UHF down there. I spent YEARS whenever I could as a kid to DX them but was NEVER successful. That's because (As I would discover later in life the "5" side of KOAA 5/30 was in Pueblo (Which is EVEN FURTHER South than Colorado Springs (Which had the "30" side) is from Denver)

In addition, there's KCNC 4 & KRMA 6 sandwiching it. Add that to how UHF signals tend to propogate & you have my dilemna in trying to pull in KOAA AT ALL

Same with KTSC 8/15 (PBS), Channel 8 was down in Pueblo while Channel 15 was in Colorado Springs

THE ONLY ones I didn't have too much difficulty with were KKTV 11 (CBS) & KRDO 13 (ABC) but EVEN THAT depended on where I lived & what sort of setup I had

I can't attest to how Denver stations were received down there though. Perhaps someone could fill us in??
