Question RE: San Antonio's KNIC-TV and KNIC-CA

Back in the last week of September, Univision shut down their Telefutura station KNIC-CA ch-17 in order to make way for the new KNIC-TV ch-17, which serves the San Antonio market, but is actually licensed to Blanco. Univision applied for a license for the new station in early October.

Based on the application history, it looks like the new station is on, but rather than surrendering the Class A license, as some thought they might, Univision has applied to move it to channel 34, serving a much smaller area in central San Antonio, and last month, was granted an STA to move to ch-34.

Is the new KNIC-TV on the air on ch-17? How about KNIC-CA on ch-34? If so, what programming does ch-34 run?
