Question regarding syndicated countdown shows......

Does anyone happen to know if either Bob Kingsley's 'CT40' or the 'Crook & Chase Countdown' shows are carried by any stations in either Nashville, or Knoxville, or on stations that can be heard in those two cities?

I'm going to be visiting both cities within the next 2 1/2 weeks while on vacation.

Thanks!!!!

I understand your concern. I don't even leave the house unless I can be sure I can hear Bob Kingsley. I'm like Dustin Hoffman in Rain Man searching for People's Court. Good luck! You might decide world travel isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Can 'The Country Giant', aka 94.7/WGSQ--Cookeville be heard in Nashville?

They carry CT40 on Sundays at 10 AM, but I don't see any listing for any syndicated countdown shows on the websites of WSIX, WSM-FM or WKDF.

I'm at church on Sunday mornings when CT40's on, but during the week you can definitely pick up WGSQ in most of Nashville, as long as you're listening to your car/truck radio. If you're trying to pick it up in a hotel room or other places, whether you can pick it up or not will depend on the receiver, the receiver's antenna, and your location.

FYI, WKDF carries ABC's American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks on Sundays, 8:00 p.m. to midnight.

Thanks for those replies---I really appreciate them.

According to the CT40 website, WTRZ/McMinnville also carries CT40.

Can WTRZ be heard in Nashville, or is their signal kind of hit-and-miss as well?

If I have this correct...and that's questionable...

WTRZ 103.9 McMinnville is no more...having been moved
to 103.7 in Walden (Chattanooga)..as WKZP. This has been in the works for a long time...

I wasn't aware of that---thanks for the tip.

Also, which radio station (or stations) in Nashville is (or are) the best for frequent traffic reports?
