How is it that KOZ and Brian Peck are still on the radio? I know it's just my opinion, but they are both so blah. What has happened to radio that guys like this still have jobs?

The Mix jocks are not allowed to be anything but liner card readers.
Peck was MUCH better on WNND...he had some more freedom.
Several people have told me that a WTMX rule is "no personality out of AM".
I have NEVER been a fan of Koz....but he sounds leaps and bounds better than his first few weeks...that was ROUGH AS HELL.
But even I am not so quick to blame a jock there for anything...because they might as well run sweepers

I agree both Brian and KOZ are tuff to listen to. Koz just sounds fake. He attempts to have a Chicago accent and fails horribly.

Thats not all true. I was a jock at the mix for 3 years. Yes, you need to read the liners, but you are allowed to have some personality. Just cant over shadow the boring morning show.

Great quote buddy. I was a jock at KYLD in San Francisco for several years myself and YES I'm a big fan of Eric and Kathy at The Mix. They're a GREAT morning show and always will be! Maybe they should start doing prank calls and stunts to make their show even better!!!!! I did those when I was on The Doghouse Morning show at KYLD before the show was cancelled in 2005. I'm only doing street promotions for now!
