Question...

Does "11 Alive" and "CBS Atlanta" still have their news helicopters? I wanted to know since I remember a point a few years ago where every news operation in the market had their own.

11Alive no longer has their own Chopper. They have a shared agreement with WAGA. WGCL still leases their own Chopper. There
are now four news/traffic helicopters in town. WSB TV NEWSCHOPPER 2, METRO TRAFFIC/WSB RADIO TRAFFIC, WAGA/WXIA, AND WGCL.

Strange...considering how poorly rated WGCL is and still leases a helicopter whereas WXIA (via Gannett) now shares air footage with WAGA. ???
