Questions about 97.9-ESPN Legal ID

While listening to the World Series this evening on 97.9-ESPN (Royals up 2 games to none!), I noticed a change in their legal ID. Presently, it reads as

"WUCS Windsor Locks/Hartford and WUCS HD1 Digital Windsor Locks" or something to that effect. It also sounds like the HD1 part was spliced onto the first part. Until recently, a female voice was reading the legal as "WUCS Hartford/Windsor Locks". I assume the first one I mentioned is correct?

Yes, I know I'm nitpicking, but I just want to know it's right.

I would rather they get the automation right. Not halfway through an inning. This is a huge problem during Yankee games. Sterling will say and now 10 seconds for the local station, they will miss that ID and instead push it 5 minutes after.
