QUESTIONS ABOUT HYLITRADIO

I have a few questions about hylitradio. 1-According to the current copyright laws, there must be music tagging for all music played on internet radio stations. I didn't see any music tagging on hylitradio. Why is there no music tagging on hylitradio? 2-Hylitradio is playing original PAMS jingles and talking over some of the original PAMS jingle tracks. Are there no enforceable copyrights for these jingles and tracks or is hylitradio paying some kind of a fee or has some kind of an agreement to use them?

The Shoutcast feed has title & artist...the WMA stream does not.

As far as #2...ask Sam Lit or Jon Wolfert...

Shoutcast player (on Shoutcast webpage) shows Title: Your Body; Artist: Christina Aguilera.

Doesn't sound like the type of song that would be played on this station. Yet audio stream is playing Jesse Belvin's "Guess Who".

It doesn't take a musical genius to figure out theres a huge difference between the two.

If this is true, then it needs to be passed onto Shufflerama Golden since they have audio playing and no music tagging. Used to have tagging but hasn't existed for at least a five months or more. Suprised LoudCity hasn't noticed it or they haven't made an issue out of it.

Same holds true for The Belmonts Internet Radio. They don't have music tagging and, unless I missed it, they're not on Shoutcast.

HyLitRhythm was down from, I think last Thursday, until today. Therefore HyLitRadio was simulcast on all HyLitRhythm feeds. You were on HyLitRhythm Shoutcast and aparently Christina Aquilera was the last song played before HyLitRhythm went down. Sometime today I will migrate HyLitRhythm Windows Media back over from HyLitRadio.

Not Just Pams Jingles, but GwinSound, Tanner, Johnny Mann Singers, and probably many others that you have never even heard of. I am playing only a fraction of what I have. Basically, the best of the best, of the best, of the best. But I'm always adding over time. There are actually some I still haven't even got to in the Hy Lit Collection. There are hundreds of thousands of jingles in the collection. Those that make it to air need to be edited out individually. So jingles could be a full time job in itself.

The are all master prints.

Hy Lit Technologies stock is privately held and does not publish our practices, standards, profits, margins, licenses and agreements.

And those jingles are integral to the unique sound of HyLitRadio. They recall the era of the music, and the high quality of those selected matches the song rotation. The high production values - including the tight segueways - evoke the sound of late 60s WFIL better than anything other than an aircheck.
