Questions about KC 101

Just a few question about KC 101.

Isn't the KC 101 branding one of the oldest brands in all of Connecticut radio? Doesn't that brand date back to 1979?

Is KC 101's current format classified as CHR? I don't listen to them very often and sure I've heard new music on the station, but from the time to time I will hear an older song. - Something that was a hit back when I was in high school. (In June 2020 it will be 20 years since I graduated high school)

In 2020 who is live and who is voice tracked on KC 101 and the personalities who are voice tracked, are any of them local?

I remember back in the day the morning show on KC 101 was The Glenn Beck Morning Show with Vinnie and Stu. I know Glenn Beck is now a nationally syndicated talk show host and Vinnie Penn is now a talk show host and does mornings at WELI, which is also heard up I-91 at WPOP in Hartford. Who took over the morning show after The Glenn Beck Morning Show ended? I seem to recall Michael Maze doing mornings at some point before KC 101 picked up the syndicated Elvis Duran from Z-100 in NYC.

Michael Maze sure is a busy guy these days. He's currently on quite a few stations owned by Full Power Radio including Radio 104.1 in Hartford, Kool Radio in Southington/Springfield/Westerly, Soft Rock 106.5 in the New London Market, and I think he's also on a Country Station in Vermont. He also used to be on CBS-FM in NYC, but I don't know if he still is any more since I don't listen to that station.

The website indicates that both Adam Rivers and Ashley (Cavaliere) are Connecticut-based. They both have other jobs at the station (program director and production/imaging director), so it's likely that their shifts are voicetracked.

Not sure when you listen, but looking through the "most recently played," it's all currents or recurrents.
