Questions about shows on RTV

My first question is about the EI program My Parents, My Sister, and Me, the program about an inter-racial family that co-starred Jasmine Guy. Are there really like only four episodes to this series? Or did RTV just not air any others?

Also, I would like to know more about Angel's Friends. Who are the production companies behind this animated cartoon? It kinda looks a little bit like Winx Club....Is this part of what they call "Japanese anime"?

You'll have to wait a few days until the other RTV viewer logs on. ;D

Or rather, one who watched RTV for things other than classic TV.

The E/I series must be very obscure -- not even Wikipedia has them.

I noticed that about "My Parents...." as well!!

Here is the show's site, which seems to need some extra work:

http://myparentsmysisterandme.net/index.html

I also found this---it says there are 26 eps:

I believe that RTV is notorious in only acquiring a handful of episodes of many shows. Not sure if there is an "episode quantity" requirement for E/I, soooooooo.......

Actually one day I *did* discover this show....it's on one of my NBC affiliate's .2 .......now there's exposure for ya.

For a while last year, RTV seemed to run the same five or so episodes of
Peter Gunn over and over.

In the last cycle through the Beav, they barely got into the final season (six)
before they cycled back to the beginning. As of midweek last week they were
almost all the way through season six in the current cycle, so maybe we'll get
all the "jazzy-themed" shows this time.

Bachelor Father recently finished the last season and then returned to the
beginning.

Above based on RTV as aired on KAZT 7.2 Prescott/Phoenix.

have not really watched RTV since they quit carrying Mission:Impossible and Hawaii Five-0. At the time both of those were in very random rotation also.

I notice that RTV is acquiring a few E/I series from a Chicago-based syndicator called Showplace. This includes Angel's Friends and Aqua Kids, among others. It appears that their shows are in the same league of obscurity as another small syndication shop out of Florida, TVS.

Are TV stations required to keep a log on what episodes of an E/I series has been shown? If so, if RTV shows only four episodes of "My parents..." over and over again, their stations could be dinged by the FCC.
