Questions on 1960's NBC Test Pattern

. . . as seen on here:
http://hub.tv-ark.org.uk/images/testcards/images/43_testcards/nbc_testcard_t764.jpg
Namely . . .
(1) Would anyone have any idea as to the numbers shown near the bottom left quad? They look like "200" at the bottom, and as they go more towards the middle "300," "400," "500" and "600," but I'm not too sure.
(2) I know WNBC-TV in New York had this TP in this form, and WMAQ-TV in Chicago showed this pattern with the calls and channel number on the top left side, and the city on the bottom right, but would KNBC in Los Angeles have had this pattern with the "snake" logo as shown here (or if not, what would have been shown), and which other NBC O&O's would have used this? (Certainly not WKYC-TV in Cleveland, that's for sure.)

Not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure these are resolution figures. If you can distinguish the "wedge lines" next to "600", you're getting 600 TV lines of resolution; if those are blurred but you're able to distinguish the lines next to "400" you're getting 400 lines resolution; etc... This photo seems to be good for about 200 lines.

Yes, those are line resolution scales, very important for camera setup in the days of pickup-tube equipped cameras. We had to use a resolution chart and a logarithmic gray scale ("chip chart") for system alignment after a few minutes of warm up on the excellent RCA TK-44 color cameras we had at my station.

They were among the finest (and final) Saticon-tubed cameras made by RCA. Soon after the Camden plant ended TK-44 production, and the first CCD cameras appeared on the market about 1981-82.

I know these were supposed to represent the respective resolution figures . . . the numbers shown aren't all too clear due to the blurriness of the image.
