Whenever and wherever someone decides to pay the sort of salary they used to be able to command back when high dollar morning shows mattered. (Good luck with that, guys.)

From what little I've heard, it seems like Ben's immense talent and name recognition in the market is being relegated to second-fiddle status to this "Matt" guy who comes from a small market in California. Note to CC execs: It's the "BEN and (matt) show," and not the other way around.

Will AAA every get a shot in the valley again????

No. Why would it? If it were such a no-brainer, we'd have a successful AAA station right now.

Will any other station flip to talk on FM in '08???

Considering the track records of Free FM and Toaster Talk 92.3, I doubt it.

How much longer is left in the life of Movin 97-5???

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say "more than you'd think." KMVA is a low-maintenance jukebox that is vanilla enough to be played in offices that are bored with KEZ. The rates are probably pretty attractive to advertisers who can't afford KEZ or the Peak, so I give 'em at least another year.

Will the new owners of KNRJ keep dance or do something different???

Who cares?

With Emmis blowing up CD 101 in NYC, how much time is left for The Coyote???

Lots. KYOT is a low overhead cash cow, and has been so for a long, long time. Clear Channel will change KYOT's format when they stop printing money, which is to say never.

Will KDKB blow up their rock format and go Modern or AAA?

No. As I've said before, format changes cost money, and Sandusky is pathologically averse to the idea of spending money.

Will The Edge get blown up so Power can use their frequency as well????

Maybe, but probably not. Blowing up the Edge in favor of putting Power on two frequencies would be throwing all your eggs in one basket, and I don't see that happening. Sales has to have more than one product to push.
