Quick HDT-1 question

Although (for the time being) HD is unavailable in my area, I'm hearing good things about the Sangean HDT-1's selectivity and good reach in the analogue FM band. Which leads me to this all important question. What are the tuning steps in the HDT-1's FM band? The (pretty much) standard 2 MHz, better 0.5 MHz, or -dare I ask- even 0.1 MHz?

Are you sure you don't mean:
the standard .2, a better .1, or if you dare ask, .05? It would be kinda neat if it did.

The FM tunes in 1 kHz steps...in other words, 98.1, 98.2, etc.

The AM tunes in 10 kHz increments.

There's no 9-kHz switch on the unit, so it would not easily hear the TA/TP splits. Possibly there is a hack for that.

That's 1 MHz steps I presume? Hmmm, perhaps not quite good enough for my situation (I'm thinking of my shared frequencies WTOJ/CFMX and CBO/WXXI, etc.).

I haven't heard if the HDT-1 is a decent MW DX machine, but I've got enough tuners which can fetch the splits, thanks! ;D
