Quick Rochester Direct tv question

I was thinkin about getting directv (especially if MLB extra innings does go there exclusively) and I was wondering if CW network (CW-WHAM) or any CW Affialite is available on Directv. I live in Newark and would be able to get local Rochester channels.

The CW is on there, but it isn't Channel 13's CW. I've not been able to determine where its from, but I know it's not Rochester.

I recently read somewhere that local stations pay for their own connection to DirecTV HQ (be it uplink, fiber or otherwise). A worthwhile investment for ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox affiliates... and MAYBE major market CW's and MyTV's. But in a medium Market like Rochester, I don't think a CW station would garner enough revenue to justify the station's cost for that 24/7 feed to DirecTV. Below market 50 (or maybe even 25), most owners of these "minor" networks are probably happy just to be carried by cable.
