Quincy adds subchannels to WISE

Quincy ups the options at WISE (DT 33) in Fort Wayne.
Already running The CW, they added on May 1 the Justice Network, Grit, Court TV, Start TV and MeTV.
The former weather radar had to be axed to add these channels and by social media, many were upset to lose it.
