Jones worked with giants of the business, producing Michael Jackson's "Thriller," overseeing "We Are the World" and touring with Count Basie.

The theme from Sanford & Son is appropriately named... it's titled "Streetbeater"
Quincy Jones was the best.
More likely on WBGO. He regularly receives airplay there.
He was responsible for so much good music.
On the subject of theme songs, I only recently found out about "Austin Powers".

I just had the opportunity to see a Billboard article. look at what he said in 1984:
