KDOC'S programming just got a little better with the debut of Quincy today. It's an ok station. Sometimes I find myself watching it all day. More old programs!

KDOC does change out shows from time to time. Within the last year, they added Mission: Impossible, Kojak and Rockford Files. Usually, as appears to be the case here, they do it when their contract for a specific series expires and they have run through all the episodes at least a half-dozen times.

The only two shows that never disappear from their schedule are Perry Mason and Hawaii Five-O.
______________

They've also added Alfred Hitchcock Presents and The Alfred Hitchcock Hour both for Prime Time runs.

I rather expected something like that to happen, since they have been quietly retiring the old NBC Mystery Movie reruns in favor of Ellery Queen and Twilight Zone. I think the only one still on the schedule is Columbo.
______________

For "Ellery Queen", is that the 1975 NBC series? I thought that show was never syndicated, since it was short-lived? It was never on the old WWOR's "EMI Service" either, even though they relied alot on the Universal library.

The very same.
