Are there any soul and R&B stations that pitch up their music? I know KOLZ 95.1 in Albuquerque does but I was curious if there's any more

I dont think kiss fm 98.7 in new york was considered a purely rnb station but they did it.
I am shocked....There is an R&B station in ABQ?
Churban yes, R&B or pure urban, no.
The market is less than 3% Black, but almost exactly 50% Hispanic.
KOLZ is "Old School" and targets Hispanics.
