R-DUB NEWS

Does anyone know what R-Dub is doing these days?

Last I heard he took a PD position in L.A. but got let go during the mass CC layoffs earlier this year.

Wondering where he might have landed?

I know he is still doing the very succesful Slow Jams show which is syndicated all over! I heard that he was also doing a podcast on RadioExiles as well?
He's a great person and I am looking forward to check out his book on Syndication!

R Dub is currently living in Brazil and doing Slow Jams from there. I believe he resigned in LA to concentrate on Slow Jams and spend time in Brazil.

Hey all! Thanks for checking in. Just finished my first book...would love for you to take a look or pass on the link to anyone who might find the material of some use. www.rdub.com

Merry Christmas...or as they say here in Brasil, "Feliz Natal!"

Looks like Dub is moving... Hope the new affiliation goes well! Where goes Chachi, so goes Slow Jams?

September 21, 2010 - Dave “Chachi” Denes has left Black Card Radio to form and head new syndication company, Benztown Radio Networks. Benztown Radio Networks’ talent roster includes: Sunday Night Slow Jams with R Dub!, Hot Mix Mainstream and Crossover.

July 15, 2010 - Black Card Radio takes on affiliate relations for Slow Jams With R-Dub, handling both the weeknight show and Sunday Nite Slow Jams. The shows are heard in more than 50 markets. "Working without R-Dub for the last year and a half is the equivalent of Bo Duke without Luke Duke or Scooby minus Shaggy!" Black Card VP/Programming Dave "Chachi" Denes said. "It's just not right! Being reunited with the Prince of Slow Jams has put Black Card Radio on the Urban/Rhythmic map." Denes joined Black Card earlier this month; he worked with R-Dub at Clear Channel/Los Angeles.
