R.I.P Don Woods of KTUL

Even though this is a radio board, many broadcasters and longtime residents of Northeast Oklahoma can appreciate Don Woods, meteorologist of KTUL from 1954 to 1989. Don was not only a great broadcasting pioneer, but also a great human being. I will always remember Don and his cartoon character "Gusty". I grew up watching Tulsa TV weather back in the 80s. It's sad for me to think that Don Woods, Jim Giles and Gary Shore are now each deceased.
