Nashville is kinda like DC. The people in it are kinda like the people in DC.
It's a "company" town like DC, but it's smaller. Everybody's gotta scratch each
other's backs if they're gonna
be and
stay "in."

I haven't looked at a full Billboard magazine in years. Seriously, help me out
(you sound like you have one handy) -- tell me which chart, what its methodology
is, and what your exact question is.
