Rachel McNeill Stepping Down From Today in AZ

tvspy.com is reporting (and there is a video on YouTube and a Tweet) that Rachel McNeill of KPNX is stepping down from the Today in AZ anchor desk next month to "spend more time with her family". She said that she will still be filling in from time to time on the anchor desk, when needed, at 12 News.

I wonder who will replace her. And does it really matter?
