DENISE REDDING, a former comptroller for the company, alleges she was terminated because she is African-American and because she refused to sign-off on certain financial statements.REDDING claims RADIO ONE VP/GM CHUCK WILLIAMS misrepresented revenue results. She further claims WILLIAMS, who is Caucasian, treated herself and certain other African-American staff members differently that those who were male and non-black.
