There's an interesting article in The Miami Herald on Florida International University radio station WRGP ('Radiate-FM'). It's on 88.1 FM in South Miami-Dade and 95.3 FM in Central Miami-Dade. In a few more months you will also be able to hear it on 96.9 FM in North Miami-Dade and South Broward.
